CMD stated loan program for time sensitive and difficult finance transactions. We range from $100,000 to $5,000,000 in loan size, loan to values 75% and seller second financing to 80%, no tax returns required and no income if verified. Unlike hard money loans, our program has single digit interest rates and no balloon payment. There are programs available for no asset seasoning. The program gives the borrower a 30 year amortization period. In general, we find this program is ideal for real estate investors without great tax return income, whether its property specific or globally specific, commercial property owners and investors, borrowers who need a cash out using its high LTV guidelines and unrestricted cash out rules with almost no questions as to use and finally, the self-employed borrower that typically write-off a lot of deductions.
